Hope Village in Grand Rapids is a new tiny home community addressing the affordable housing crisis. With homes ranging from 400 to 530 square feet, it offers fully-furnished units for those transitioning out of homelessness. The project also includes job training programs, allowing participants to build the homes they may eventually live in. Residents will pay no more than 30% of their income for rent, making it a model for community-based solutions.
